The Women of Vision Ministry exists to support the purpose of Vision of Faith Community Church and it’s visualization through the service of women. Our purpose is to glorify God by involving women in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.Our aspiration is also to encourage women to become fervent followers of Jesus Christ and to become the women that God created us to be.
Our goal is that each woman intimately knows the heavenly Father, relate to one another in love through communication and fellowship, and advance the gospel in family and community. We accomplish these goals by understanding our roles as instruments in Gods army, and being equipped with spiritual and natural weapons to be more than conquerors in our daily natural and spiritual lives. We prepare ourselves through ministry opportunities, outreach events, bible studies, creative fellowship meetings, retreats, special events, worship summits, programs that provide fellowship with our sisters-in-Christ, self-help and self-improvement programs, community activism, strengthening our personal relationships with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and finding those many missed opportunities to bring the unchurched into the church family.
We have a strong belief and follow the teaching of Titus 2:2-5:That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience. The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; that they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.
