PROVIDE CHALLENGES IN PEOPLE OF ALL AGES TO WORSHIP COMFORTABLY
PROMOTE DEDICATIoN AND STABILITY, SECURE QUALITY AND TRUTHFULNESS
FOR OURSELVES AS WELL AS OTHERS, TO PLEDGE RESPECT FOR ALL MEMBERS OF
VISION OF FAITH COMMUNITY CHURCH AND ITS VISITORS.
STATEMENT The Church is a part of such a tradition as he or she leads individuals into the atmosphere of the church service. There should be something in an Usher's manner that should convey to each and everyone that they are wanted in our midst. We are the image that represents the church and its members at their best. We are here to make the lonely feel forgiveness, the discoraged feel cheered, the rich feel generous, the poor feel rich and all feel enjoined to unselfish love for their fellow man.
No person is born an usher, but one becomes an efficeint, practicing usher only by means of training and experience. Ushering is taught and learned as close to perfection as can be. These are some qualificaions that are watched and studied by the pastor of a church. The personality, demeanor, cleanliness and apperance of an usher gives evidence of being a caring individual who is cultured and
sensitive to the needs of others.
In short, ushers are instruments who introduce individuals to every expression of the mission of the church, and to the presence of our almighty God.
We are here to honor the works of the Lord and to get the job done
decently and in order.
